The rooms were very clean, bathroom, beds etc. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square, there are coffee shops and boutiques closeby too. The outside areas are lovely, big sofas, brollys off of the bar area, nice if you've had a full day & want to chill. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, eggs, hams, fruit, breads, cakes etc. Great little hotel.

Ideal location for exploring Krakow opposite Planty Park and within walking distance of many places including Wawel Castle, Old Town Square & Kazimierz.
The staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful.
Breakfast is really good quality with lots of variety and choices.
Slightly too warm in the rooms, but not really a problem as we slept with the window open

Wow what a stay. The entrance is beautiful. Receptionist on arrival was lovely. We then used reception quite a lot as we booked trips and they kept my case safe as it didnt make my flight and came the next day. They always welcomed you in the morning and when leaving the building. We didnt use the bar but looked lovely and was busy. Room was spacious ( not alot of storage thou ) no draws and wardrobe was very small. Not to bothered about this though as there for 4 days and lived out the case a little. Bathroom was clean and always hot water. Plenty of towels and nice and soft. Breakfast, there was plenty to choose from. Very continental but i didnt mind, meat eaters might be though. Location was fantastic. Was a warm hotel which was nice as cold when we went. Would book here again for sure and have already recommended.
My husband wasnt keen on the breakfast but i didnt mind it.

The breakfast was lovely, there was a selection. The staff continued to refill items that were running low. The food was to a high standard
The pillows in the bed were too soft but otherwise the rooms were spotless.
