I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kraków.
What truly made the stay exceptional, however, was Valeria Zaporozmets from the reception. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, whether giving directions or recommendations. Her kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression and elevated the entire stay.
The rooms were beautifully designed, spotlessly clean. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, which really enhanced the experience.
The breakfast was fresh, varied, and offering something for everyone and providing a perfect start to the day.
The location is excellent, just a short walk through the park from Kraków’s Old Town, making it easy to explore the city.

The location is very good, breakfast options were plenty. Overall a good experience all together. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great price for the value.
We were put in, I guess, the only room that was different from all the others on the floor (room nr. 222), the difference being the bathroom not having any divider (glass or plastic) between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. This meant water going everywhere while showering. Apart from this inconvenience, no other things were bad.

The bed locations were odd, also faced the window so the sunlight heated a strip of the mattress making it uncomfortably hot in the morning.

Lovely, clean & modern hotel, excellent location & friendly staff. Highly recommend
Air con didnt seem to get cool enough in the room, and the window only opened a small amount so was difficult to get the room cool enough to sleep. The bed was very firm and the pillows too soft for my personal prefference so I wouldnt let it put me of staying there again.
