Location is excellent for the Old Town and Kasimerez area in particular. The choice of food for breakfast and the times it is available were really good. The staff were quite friendly and polite and the outdoor seating area was nice to sit at on return from a day out in the afternoon and evening.
We felt the bar should've been open longer than 11pm, even an extra 30 minutes would've been better. We saw many guests turned away after their evening out and it would be a nice service for a hotel to offer this for their guests.The lounge/bar area could also be a bit cosier and friendly. The outdoor area, needs to be a little more "waterproof" as when it rained the seats got very wet and the area was unusable.

Good hotel in a good location. Comfortable bed.
A/C was difficult to control. When it was off it was too warm in the room, when on it was too cold even on the lowest setting. Not enough space around the bed. No space for the bag and nowhere to put the chair so you could walk around it.

Lovely room, comfortable bed, amazing breakfast (more choice than I’ve ever seen), friendly, helpful staff and excellent location. As a travel consultant, I will definitely recommend this hotel.

One of nicest hotels I have stayed in for the price. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the room and bar were lovely. Complimentary drinks in the room for our arrival.
The only fault we had was the pillows in the room originally were too soft. After asking at reception we were advised there was a pillow menu, once these were changed it was perfect. Pillow menu could be advertised better as we only found this out on our last night.
