The hotel is well-located—close enough to the Old Town to walk, but tucked away on a quieter street, which made it feel like a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring.
The room was stylish, clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and thoughtful design touches. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains and how quiet it was at night—perfect for getting a good rest.
The staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist or offer recommendations. The check-in was smooth and professional.

Very clean and stylish. Great bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. Location was lovely with park across the road and only a short walk to the main square.
The big one for me was lack of a manual lock or even chain on my room door, I felt uncomfortable at times whilst in bed that anyone with a hacked keycard could just walk in with zero effort, a simple cheap door chain or loop would of fixed this.
Being on the main road has its benefits but the major negative is the noise of the tram/s going past in the mornings.

What an amazing hotel to stay at in Kraków—absolutely recommended! The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a great variety to choose from. A wonderful experience overall!
To be honest, there wasn’t a single thing that wasn’t amazing! Everything exceeded our expectations.

I liked the ecological aspect of cleaning on request, the excellent location and cleanliness. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and on arrival we received some sweets that impressed my daughter and made her very happy.
The A/C couldn't be turned off so I was constantly freezing, even after setting up the highest possible temperature and lowest fan speed. I had a feeling that the regulation screen was just for fun and the temperature was set centrally but maybe it was just a broken device, I don't know. Since I never use A/C it was very disturbing and I wonder how they manage the room temperature in winter. The Polish TV offer was very scarce and there was some strange automatic setup that after certain time the TV switched automatically to Ukrainian broadcaster. Despite having the possibility for cleaning on request, after 3 days my room was cleaned per default, which I wasn't informed about ahead of time. I left my valuables and passports on display so I totally didn't appreciate someone entering the room without my knowledge.

The location was excellent!the hotel rooms were very clean and the staff very polite and helpful. The breakfast offered was also excellent, great variety of food and drinks and everything was fresh.
The maids did not tidy up our room or clean during our stay at the hotel even though we hanged the relevant label at the door handle.

Great central location, yet peaceful. Everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, bars, and the river. The building is an old renovation with modern, comfortable rooms. Easy onnline check-in. The professional staff were very accommodating. While the price is somewhat on the high end, with the Genius discount it is fully affordable.

It is really comfortable,especially the bed after a tiring day.The breakfast is delicious and has many options. Close to the city centre, you can have a short walk. The Little snacks at the entrance gave us an energy boost. It was wonderful
