Breakfast good. Bar area very comfortable with a good choice of drinks and snacks. Staff exceptional - all very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is perfect for the main attractions of Krakow.
Some drawers in the room would have been welcome.

Very luxurious feel to the hotel and in a great location…the old town & Jewish Quarter were both a short walk.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, modern, located within walking distance to the main square and castle.
We were impressed with the interior design and furnishings of the place.
Breakfast had a lot of food and drink choices normally not included in a continental breakfast in the US, like cold cuts, cheeses, latte, cappuccino coffee, and more. Staff was very friendly and always ready to help. All English speaking.
Restaurant and bar serving delicious food and drinks. Outside patio to relax.
Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations. If we go back to Krakow we will be staying there again.

It’s a stylish hotel in a perfect location. Easy access to the main square but in a quiet area. Breakfast was good - lots of choice. Good facilities and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect. 6min walk to St. Mary's Bascilica.
Layout of our room. Very small with beds head to toe. It was a room for disabled which I never requested.

The location was great. Close to all the best parts of Krakow. Easy to get around as the hotel was literally on a tram line. The breakfast was ok.
The staff member who worked the shift when we arrived was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. There was an error in our booking & she basically blamed me and refused to listen. Thankfully the manager who was very pleasant, did his best to fix the situation. Everyone after that first day was lovely. But the young lady who first attended to us should rethink her choice of job.

Very clean hotel with all essential amenities. Fast check in and check out process. Conveniently located close to Krakow city centre. Would definitely stay here again.
Not a big deal at all, but if you need an iron you have to ask reception.

Great location close to old town.
It would be better if towels were changed every day as sometimes it’s hard to remember to put room clean card outside.
