Really great stay! I was hesitant about the comfort room being quite small but it wasn’t. Spacious enough for a couple. Loved the shower! Great location. We have to use any public transport.

Breakfast exceeded expectations - there was such an amazing choice. Dining room was clean as were the tables. Very pleased with that!
Over all staff ok - but not very welcoming
Room - very small but clean. Coffee Maker plus a kettle but no milk in the fridge - had to go out and buy it
Lounge Bar nice but only available after 1300 hours for coffee etc.
Great location through - only a 10 min walk to the city centre and trams are passing on a regular basis.
On our last day we were actually met by a waitress in the breakfast room with "Room Number"! Took 3 tries for us to actually understand what she was asking. no Good Morning, May I have your room number... perhaps look into improving that as it was the only negative in our breakfast experience
Bedroom SUPER small and little storage space - I had to use the window sill to keep my luggage and my clothes!
Bar/Lounge does not open early!!!!! We had a pick up at 12:30 and had hoped to sit in the lounge to wait but there was no coffee available - we had to go out to get a coffee!!!

Breakfast was pretty good, the rooms were quite clean & well maintained, and the location was great - just up the road from the castle and a few blocks (5 minute walk) from the town square.
I booked for breakfast & was told they would accommodate me when I arrived; when I arrived, this was not the case & I was charged again. I was too tired to argue but won't forget it - didn't like that. Also, I requested a quiet room as I was there for a class, so they put me adjacent to the courtyard, where people like to go for cocktails in the evening (it is off of the bar/lounge area), so there was noise all night instead of quiet. Didn't like that.
