Excellent location. Staff friendly and helpful
Air conditioning either too hot or too cold. Bar closes at 11.00 when quite a number of people were looking for a further drink. They were advised to pay at reception to obtain a drink from a minibar which was obviously more expensive.

Location was ideal for getting around the Old Town and seeing all the sights.
It was very clean.
Reception staff were helpful and friendly.
The buffet breakfast (additional charge) was plentiful.
There was a problem with the AC in our room and thus it became quite warm, especially for sleeping.
The receptionist did enable the window to be unlocked to open wide and also provided a small fan for the room.

The location is perfect. The rooms are clean and tidy. Complimentary drinks in the minibar every day. The breakfast was great and fresh.
Lack of storage room in the room. It was hard.
The staff did their job well and responded to requests, but the experience felt a bit reserved. A warmer, more friendly approach would have made the stay more pleasant.

Modern boutique hotel. Food and drinks selection were good and reasonably priced. The lounge was very comfortable. The location across the road from Planty was excellent and within walking distance of main attractions - old town square warwel castle.
This is not a complaint but a suggestion for future guests. Milk for the coffee would have been appreciated as the coffee pods were too strong for the small sachets of milk that were left.

Lounge area was adorable and quaint , location was not as close to Okd town Xmas market as we thought .
Added cost for breakfast not worth it , go to local cafes and restaurants
