The place is clean and good value for money. I stayed for a few days and was out most of the time, so I mainly just used it for sleeping, and it was perfectly fine for that.

You could here birds outside the window.
The main issue ware noises. You could here everyone everywhere. Talking ppl.. flushed toilets. Kids running. I could barrelly sleep... the matraces . My hips omg. I felt 20y older in the moening.

Everything was great. Don't be fooled by the three-star rating, it's a really nice hotel - perfect for people on a budget. And no, it's not far away from the city square. There's a bus stop with multiple buses nearby that takes you to a tram stop and from there you can take the tram to the center. The whole trip will take 10-20 minutes. It's that simple. Also, do try their menu because the food's tasty and decent for its price - better value than eating in Krakow center.
