For the money, we found the Hotel to be really good value for money. The room was adequately spacious, quite, good decor and bed was was comfortable. Good clean modern bathroom with excellent toiletries provided.
Hot running water at all times and quite air conditioning.
Breakfast layout and quality of the food provided was faultless.
Staff happy, attentive, and helpful. Daughter was delighted with her room also and the fact that the hotel staff/management very kindly provided a birthday cake gesture in her room upon arrived. That’s was very much appreciated- thank you.
Would be more than delighted to attend this hotel on our return in 2027.
The layout of the shower, could have been been designed a lot better. In my opinion side wall over the bath showers are a pain. Better to have at one end or the other, not on the side.

Very comfortable room, great breakfast and good to have restaurant at the terrace. Location also was good near to river and walk distance to Wawel.
Would be nice to have a water purifier machine to clients available.

The room and view was spectacular. A safe brilliant location and country. Paulina was the most friendly helpful receptionist. We can’t wait to revisit the same hotel.
No signage on the breakfast foods - something we did not know and somethings had nuts and I have an allergy to almonds and I went to eat an olive until my partner stopped me as it had an almond inside.

We had a great time in Krakow. The hotel’s location was excellent, with a beautiful view of the Vistula River, and Wawel Castle and the Old Town Square were less than a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast was rich and varied (we only missed some oats for our little one), the staff were kind and always helpful, and the room was cosy, clean, and well-equipped.
Honestly, very little to complain about. The only minor thing was the lack of oat options at breakfast for our child, but everything else in the buffet was exceptional. Overall, it did not affect our stay in any meaningful way.

It was close to everything! Wawel castle, main square in 10 minutes by foot! The room is very spacious,clean and it smells perfect! The staff was great! Breakfast is buffet and has a lot choices, sweet and salty
