It was close to everything! Wawel castle, main square in 10 minutes by foot! The room is very spacious,clean and it smells perfect! The staff was great! Breakfast is buffet and has a lot choices, sweet and salty

Breakfast lovely and plenty of choice for everyone. Location of hotel is brilliant, just a small walk to the square where there are lots of restaurants to eat out in the evening.
Would have liked a better menu in the rooftop restaurant. We only used it once as there isn’t much choice when you only want something light at lunchtime.

Great location right on the river , views from the rooftop bar/ restaurant were amazing. Staff were all very friendly and helpful
Only complaint was the 7.30am building works that started on Monday morning, unsure where they were , but our room felt every noise

Great location lovely breakfast either good choice. Nice bar on the roof.
Would have liked the King Bed I booked but got twin beds. Pillows uncomfortable. Staff efficient but not overly friendly.

I liked the location - close to the Vistula River and Wawel. The hotel is beautiful with a cozy interior. The room was very comfortable. I really loved that it had a bathtub. The interior items were very stylish, and I was especially impressed by the real potted plant - very cute.
Breakfasts were very good with a big variety. I also used the sauna and liked it a lot, although the relaxation area was a bit noisy because of some humming sound (probably ventilation). The gym is small, but it has dumbbells, kettlebells, and even a foam roller.
I also have to mention the selection of very high‑quality toiletries in the hotel - that was a really nice touch.
The only minus for me was the weak window soundproofing, I could hear the tram and street noise, especially on Friday evening.

The hotel was excellent. The breakfast was the best, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the location was great. I highly recommend staying here.
