Excellent room, everything worked. Breakfast had more variety than in most places. Pancakes with cheese and French toast were available, for example, among a reasonably large variety of cakes. There is a tram station a couple of hundred meters away which takes you straight into the city centre. We arrived early but the lady at reception arranged for the room to be cleaned and we got our room at 12:30, she was very kind and accommodating.

All the questions that appeared, even if they weren't associated with the hotel, were answered by the staff. It was 700m away from Tauron arena, so it was a perfect stay for an event I was attending there. The breakfast in the cafeteria was really good. The hotel itself is easily orientated. My room was quite big for the price and it was stacked with appliances (mobile radiator, kettle, etc.).
The parking space was small and I had to leave my vehicle on the driveway. The bar was closed after 11pm. Rather small TV. Otherwise I was not left dissatisfied.

It was very quiet and clean. The staff are amazing. It may not be near from the Old Town or other tourist areas but it is very near the tram stop. So it is still convenient. Even if it’s far, I feel that it’s a better place to stay bec you will be far from the noise as well!

The breakfast buffet was really tasty and with a good selection of dishes available. The check-in was really straightforward and quick. Interior design is definitely a departure from the millenial greige and is cozy. Room amenities do include a minifridge which is helpful.
The shower was a little tight but perfectly serviceable - absolutely on par for rooms in this price range.

24 hour desk - essential as our flight was diverted. Comfortable room, very good shower. Nice scrambled eggs, congenial staff.
