We loved this hotel. The location is perfect, on the edge of the main Square. Staff are helpful and polite. Very clean throughout. Breakfast was good with a wide choice available. We were right at the top and I would have preferred a room with a window but it was fine. The bathroom was huge!! Excellent value for money. Very safe and secure. Highly recommend.

The hotel is perfectly based right by krakow square. The staff are so helpful and really polite the rooms are huge and very clean. They do offer breakfast but we chose to eat out every day. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the delux room, and the view is great. Comfy beds, very clean. The brekfast was nice, a bife style, with plenty different things to choose from.
The ceiling in the room is very low. If you are a tall person, you would not be able to stand straight. This should be in the description of the room in my opinion.

This was our third stay at hotel Jan. The location is exceptional - just off the main square - and at a reasonable price. Our friends, who had not stayed there before now say they wouldn't bother trying to find anywhere else to stay when they return
We had standard rooms which were quite small but had everything you needed and were spotless. Reception staff were always helpful. We had breakfast on a couple of days which is excellent and again at a good price. The art work in the restaurant is unusual!
