My wife and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our visit to Krakow. The location is perfect — close to everything. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The staff was amazing: kind, professional, and always ready to help. Special thanks to the receptionist Agnieszka (I hope I’m spelling her name right)— she was incredibly helpful and kind.

This hotel was terrific: it was spotless, had friendly staff, comfortable beds, and nicely air-conditioned rooms.
Simple, but fresh and delicious breakfast. Location-wise, the hotel is 100m away from the main square.
This is the best value-for-money 3-star hotel I have stayed in in recent years.

Excellent location and surprisingly quite as the rooms were very well isolated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Simple hotel but rooms fully equipped and a nice breakfast too. Definitely recommend.
It was generally good. The interior design is maybe a bit outdated and some of the furniture could be upgraded. The lift was very slow. But none of this was a major issue. Value for money wise it is a good balance.

The staff is very helpful and polite
The location is amazing, but keep in mind that although the windows are soundproofing, it didn't help with the very loud music during the night, it was a bit disappointing for me because I'm a light steeper.
It's the cleanest hotel I have ever seen.
If you don't have problems with noise during the night, don't hesitate to book this hotel.
There was a weird smell in the room, I don't know the source of this smell and it was surprising because the hotel is extremely clean.

Great location in heart of Cracow old town. Walking distance from train station.
It is old building and walls are thin. You can hear people talking or snoring in the adjacent rooms. Little chance for a good sleep if you are light sleeper

Excellent location, very close to the main square. On a busy street but windows completely blocked any noise in bedrooms and very effective air conditioning made it pleasant to sleep.
