Excellent location. Friendly professional helpful staff. Room with terrace spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast exactly as expected something for everyone. Overall a lovely stay.

Great stay.
Good location, in city centre. Spacious, clean room, comfy beds. Coffe & tea facility provided as well as towels and toiletries.
Excellent customer service.
Really tiny lift, was fortunate to stay on 4th floor so preferred stairs instead.

Wonderful location.. staff very friendly and helpful. Room 18 family which we used for a two people.. girls trip was great and bathroom really nice.

Just returned from a wonderful 4 night stay at Hotel Jan. It is a spotlessly clean hotel with really helpful, welcoming and friendly staff in an excellent location. Would definitely stay here again & recommend to others. Great breakfast too.
If I was being really picky, a little more room between my side of the bed & the wall would have been great, but all in all, a very comfortable & enjoyable stay.
