The staff was very friendly and helped us with what we needed. The breakfast was pretty good. The hotel has fantastic location, we could walk to most of the famous attractions.

A spacious, cozy and very clean room, tastefully decorated; the bed was really comfortable; the staff were very polite and helpful and the communication was easy as they all spoke English. And the best part about this hotel is its location: barely 20 meters from Krakow's old town main square! So, highly recommended!

Wonderful location! Staff was very welcoming when I arrived late at night and even upgraded my room for free. Had a beautiful view out onto Grodzka. Bed was comfy and AC worked well. Appreciated the nespresso in the room and liked the refillable water machine in the lobby.
Very minor complaint - wished that there was lotion and hair conditioner in the bathroom

Everything was great, from the cleanliness to the facilities and the location. Staff is really friendly and helpful, my partner and I were very happy with our stay and would recommend to everyone.

Great location near Stary Miasto sites and restaurants. The staff was very helpful with hints about the city. We booked a large room and bathroom. Very clean
SHEETS. I really hate the duvet concept. Keep it on... I'm too hot. Take it off... I'm too cold

The location of the hotel is right in the old town, nevertheless the room was very quiet. A very spacious room - perfectly decorated.

The family room was perfect for a family of 4.
The staff is super nice and attentive. Their recommendations were spot on.

Excellent location and surprisingly quite as the rooms were very well isolated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Simple hotel but rooms fully equipped and a nice breakfast too. Definitely recommend.
It was generally good. The interior design is maybe a bit outdated and some of the furniture could be upgraded. The lift was very slow. But none of this was a major issue. Value for money wise it is a good balance.

Great location in heart of Cracow old town. Walking distance from train station.
It is old building and walls are thin. You can hear people talking or snoring in the adjacent rooms. Little chance for a good sleep if you are light sleeper
