Location requires a car pretty much but nice spa facilities and good value. Rooms are simple but the bed was very comfortable. In a quiet location but not that far from the city.

Great place for families with kids, 3 outdoor playgrounds, a dedicated area for kids in the lobby, and in the restaurant. The swimming pool also has slides for kids. Comfortable saunas and a small gym. The hotel itself is not big, so the place wasn't crowded, even in the high season. It's definitely worth visiting.

Everything was very good except they don’t have shelves in bathrooms, it’s really inconvenient to use all your shower products which are lying on the floor. Staff knows English, food in the restaurant is very delicious, many amenities like spa, gym and sport areas, also fact that you can go from your room to spa zone without going outside is big advantage. Overall, can recommend staying here ?

Jacuzzi was great after a cold day out. Nice restaurant on site. Big rooms. Good location. 10/15 minute drive into the old town and nice and quiet area. Great value for money. All staff are lovely.
Beds were very hard. Personal preference is a softer mattress. Breakfast is included however was not to our taste, all looked fresh. Not a massive selection of vegetarian food but lime and spicy food was delicious

Kind and helpful staff. Gym well equipped and swimming pool is child-friendly. In the restaurant there was even a children’s corner with lots of toys. Breakfast was plenty and good-quality.

Great facilities and nice room. Breakfast was good and you are so close to the salt mine. One mile away from the nearest park and ride into Krakow.

The main draw of the hotel was the sports and spa facilities and the price.
There's a good size swimming pool, a decent gym, and a decent sized sauna.
Free bathrobes was a nice touch for going to the swim/gym/sauna (you have to leave a deposit). NB - swim pool requires bathing hats but they have a big box of them to borrow one.
The breakfast was pretty good and the restaurant was passable for evening meals (and stayed open quite late).
Free parking.
Not far from city centre - about 15 mins or so driving. Bolt taxi is cheap otherwise. (You need to be careful about where you park in Krakow but there are places south-west of city centre where you can walk in easily).
Avoid room 11 as it had a rather noisy gym class below.
It's a fairly functional place but fine if you just want a quick visit to Krakow or going to the airport.
