Great staff, good restaurant, location
We paid extra to upgrade to a premium room but it was really small. Not even enough room for an armchair so you couldn't spend time in it.

Hotel was spotless clean. Room was lovely, comfortable bed and good night sleep every night. Staff very nice
Bar service needs a bit of work. Very very slow. Dont re stock fridges so get told may not have an item to then have it but it isnt cold. Soft drinks wine etc

The location was excellent. The room lovely and spacious. Shower brilliant. Breakfast very good. Staff very friendly, courteous and helpful.
Disabled access not good on Entrance to the hotel. If you cannot get out of a wheelchair it is impossible- huge step and no ramp.
The Sky bar was closed as out of season which was a shame.

I chose to stay at the hotel as they advertise on booking.com as having a vegan breakfast. I let them know I am vegan ahead of my stay. I confirmed it again when I checked in and was promised I will be provided with one. this morning there was nothing. literally nothing. the breakfast room manager picked up an almost empty flask and said "we have a vegan smoothie". after consulting with the chef she came back saying he is willing to prepare me a vegetable salad. noy soy, or tofu replacements for anything. I demanded to speak with the hotel manager who explicitly said they are not vegan, have not had issues as mine in the past and the only thing she was upset with was with my manner (I did not shout, there were no profanities or abusive language, she just does not like being confronted with the truth of her failure as a manager). she could not care less for the offence I took for being lied too and the total disrespect they have for their customer's wishes. I have a screenshot of their advertisement on booking.com saying they are vegan as well as my correspondence with them and photos of the veganless options that were served in their breakfast in case anyone considers claiming I am wrong or misunderstood anything. I got the financial compensation I demanded to her surprise - she offered only refunding me for the breakfast - I requested for half the night's stay back. I am allergic to lies and such dismissal therefor I will take this to the tourism board of Poland or any other supervising body that may exist. I have never left a negative review as this in my life, but vegans should have the right to know where they spend their money and definitely - were not to do so.

Comfortable room and bed. Very helpful staff. Excellent location for easy access to old town and transport. Nice bar area to relax in at end of the day.
Breakfast was ok but not great. More fresh fruit would have been welcome and although we're grateful for gluten free bread, GF cereal would have been appreciated though we don't know if this is available in Krakow

Booked 2 twin rooms with large windows and brick wall , got rooms in the roof of the hotel with really small windows and a low false ceiling, disappointing for our 30 th wedding anniversary

What a splendid hotel. The reception staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. Fabulous breakfast every morning. Lovely bar and hotel room.
Bathroom was a little small but didnt impact on our stay.

Beautiful appearance.
Breakfast food was great.
Staff werent overly welcoming when you walked into the smallish reception area. No smiles or greeting. Not a hard thing to do when they arent serving anyone.
Library room isnt a quiet space to sit and read, bar staff bought in guest to sit, drink & chat so I got up and left.
Breakfast entry is awkward and not explained well at all. One guest was frustrated and rude because its not explained well. The space had no atmosphere to it and only one staff member smiled and was friendly.
Rooms are as described, yes they are small but there is not adequate space for luggage, hanging closet tiny and my courtyard view was a brick wall. Cups for tea & coffee were tiny too!
I think I just had high expectation as Indigo looks great and has a high end feel but it just fell really short for me.

We have had the perfect break , we couldnt fault our experience in any way , from our wonderful breakfast , our planned excursions, booked for us through the hotel , to the excellent meal in the hotels restaurant. Krakow is a beautiful city , Hotel Indigo was a fantastic base
Maybe drop the charge for access to room , if on early arrival the room is ready before three, as a discount is not given for early departure before twelve. We arrived at lunchtime , three hours before check in but departed at 7.30am, four and a hours early on check out , obviously given the housekeeper opportunity to have room ready early for next guest

Everything! Food, location, really helpful staff. Highly recommend this property.
Only thing is twin beds are just like a double split in half placed together. There was no real gap and they were much smaller twins than we would be used to. Fine as we are a couple but maybe awkward for those who are not.
