Breakfast was very good. The location in Old Town was also very convenient along with street access for easy Uber's. The staff are available at the front desk 24/7.
The shower situation could've been better. It was very hard to find a decent temperature, it was either burning hot or ice cold.

The hotel is a few steps from the market square making it a great location. The room was large with a sitting area and separate kitchenette/coffee station area and a large bathroom. Staff were helpful and friendly, remembering my wife's birthday and providing a bottle of Champagne for us to celebrate.

room was small but work for a simple place to relax and sleep while I explored Krakow. Breakfast had lots of wonderful food. Staff couldn't have been more friendly.

This is a new hotel (open for only 3 weeks).Location was right in the centre of the Old Town which was great. The hotel was very clean and warm (it was cold outside). Being a new hotel everything was neat and tidy. The bathroom was sparkling with plenty of hot water. The room was very good but there were a couple of minor issues. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice in a nice atmosphere.
Room 104. The main negative issue was the room layout. there was a great big 3 seater sofa at 90 degrees to the tv which was very uncomfortable when watching tv. It was totally impractical. I believe the sofa should be changed to a 2 seater which could then be placed facing the tv which would be a lot more acceptable. Also there is no live tv available. Lots of streaming services which is fine for watching films etc but live tv is a definite requirement that wasn't available. Finally, a double duvet for a double bed please. Two singles isn't ideal.
