Breakfast was amazing. Location is great. A few minutes walk from rail station and Market Square. Staff were brilliant
Room was on the small side. Bath/shower fittings were in need of repair. Bedside light only on one side of bed. Piano in restaurant in poor condition

Disappointing
Location is great. It’s in the old city, makes exploring easy.
There were multiple things that wasn’t up to standard of a 5 star hotel.
First of all, my single room and its bed was very small. Almost felt like i was living in a closet under stairs with no proper windows just like in the Harry Potter movie.
Secondly, i’ve informed the front desk staff upon my arrival that I will be checking out at 3 AM for an early flight from Krakow and asked for a breakfast box. The staff reassured me that a lunch box will be waiting for me starting from 02:30 am for pick up. During checkout, there was no box offered, making my bought breakfast completely worthless. Might even request a partial refund.
Thirdly, what kind of 5 star hotel doesn’t have a hairdryer in their rooms? I had to call receprion just to get one. Awful.
Should have went with Sheraton. I would get king size bed, spacious room and amazing lunch box for 10 more zloty.
Disaster. :(

I loved the hotel. Nice classy old world feel without being shabby or tired. Everything about the place felt authentic.

The staff were great and everything was comfortable.
I liked everything to be fair, the only thing I would say needs improvement is the restaurant, it looks a lot more fancy in the pictures than it was in reality.
