Good location and a little grocery on corner. We did the 2 room suite it was huge! Bathroom did have bathtub! You will need it after walking salt mines and Auschwitz trust me.
No ice maker you have to ask for ice which i think is eu wide?

Breakfast, location in Old Town. Friendly, helpful staff.
Good shower. Nice toiletries.
Bed very small, despite 1x person staying, I would have thought a double bed in a 5 star hotel. Desk for using a laptop on was extremely small and low in height- my knees were hitting the underside of the desk and unconfirtable to sit at. Room was very small, not what I expected for a 5 star.

Location was good, also atmosphere
The breakfast was very disappointing - I drank the juice and felt that something is wrong, gave it to my husband - it wasn’t fresh, vas spoiled! We told to the staff and didn’t get any apologies, only with the smile “so I take the glass right?)”. On the reception also we didn’t get any compensation, I took the medicine, hope that will be ok. Shock.

Outdated furniture, very small pillows not supporting comfortable sleep, pad needed to be put on the top of hard bed mattress. Sofa in leaving room huge, but too low, not comfortable.
