Beautiful hotel in an excellent location close to Florians Gate but set down a quieter street. Friendly helpful staff and a good choice and quick service at breakfast.
The room seemed a little cramped, very little room at the sides of the bed to get round.

A lovely welcome and helpful staff throughout our 4 night stay - thank you ! Great choice of breakfasts, beautifully presented and cooked with a good range of drinks and food on the buffet as well. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Tastefully decorated for Christmas and made our stay extra special. Great location for a 10 minute walk to the main square.

Lovely hotel right next to the old town. Comfortable rooms and great breakfast and bar. The stand out for me were the staff who were consistently polite, helpful and friendly.

Lovely staff, lovely old fashioned room and very clean. The bed and pillows was ok.
Breakfast was amazing.
Bed mattress kept sliding off the base weirdly.

Breakfast was OK, location close to city center, staff very friendly and helpful.
Outdated furniture, very small pillows not supporting comfortable sleep, pad needed to be put on the top of hard bed mattress. Sofa in leaving room huge, but too low, not comfortable.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, with beautifully presented dishes that were both delicious and appetizing. The staff were kind, attentive, and highly professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel’s location is perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions and points of interest in the city. Highly recommended.

Traditional hotel in good location within the Old Town, close to the main square, many bars and restaurants. Short walking distance to the Central Train Station. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the Restaurant serving French Cuisine is equally excellent. Would certainly stay here again.

A minor point, we had a deluxe double room and the sitting area was dull not laid out well.

Stunning hotel! Beautiful interior. The deluxe/premium room was great! Breakfast had a fantastic selection, with lovely wait staff. Short stroll to main square in Old Town. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Krákow.
