Service was okay when we checked in. When we had questions during our stay, the guest relations manager was very accommodating and helpful, which we truly appreciated. However, I only wish that the staff member who handled our check-out had the same service-minded attitude — it would’ve made our experience more consistent.
The room was very spacious and well-equipped — everything was perfect, including the amenities.
Location was perfect, around 5-8 minutes walk to the main center such as St. Mary Basilica and as well as the Galeria Shopping Center.
We also tried calling the restaurant twice for room service but didn’t get any answer. We then tried reaching the front desk, but there was no response there either, which was a bit disappointing.
Lastly, we used the scale in the room to check our luggage weight, but it seems to be inaccurate — it showed 13 kg, while the actual weight at the airport was 18 kg. So, just something to be mindful of if you’re relying on it before your flight.
Didn't get to have room service as the restaurant and front desk didn't answer when we called them twice.

Hotel is a little dated but that is part of the charm. We had fixtures & lovely decorations that reminded you the building is old and well taken care of yet every modern convenience needed. Staff was always friendly & efficient. We loved the hotel & will be back.

The property is in the perfect location to explore old town Krakow. The internet is strong and fast. The style is Paris fin de siecle which is romantic and appealing.
The staff is not 100% polished and effective and efficient. The dining room is very good for dinner, but the breakfast is perfectly adequate but not impressive.

The breakfast was very tasteful, fresh, and plentiful. The location was perfect - in the heart of the city with all the main attractions close by. The hotel was magnificent and very clean. The personnel was always very helpful and kind.
Everything was beautiful and comfortable. No complains. Thank you very much for all the kindness and service. Keep up the good work. All our questions were answered and help and directions were provided.

This was a beautiful Hotel. It was so close to everything. The Staff were exceptional. Helped with everything.
We had to leave early one morning 4am for a trip and the staff prepared a fabulous take away breakfast.
The breakfast in the hotel is anything you would like cooked for you on request. Its just a perfect Hotel
for all your needs in Krakow. Would love to visit again.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and pleasant.
If I had to give a negative, breakfast is a bit chaotic. Maybe because it’s a tight space but there was always a line for the coffee machine which seemed to have some issues working properly

The most welcoming hotel to Old Town Krakow!
Everyone on the staff was so friendly!
Always, greeted us when we returned and asked how our day was.
The daily breakfast was such a lovely way to start your day exploring Krakow.
The hotel is located just outside the main square, so you are close but in the evenings it’s peaceful and quiet.
We stayed for 4 nights and would have loved to stay longer if our plans permitted.
