Exceptional
The staff are an absolute asset to this hotel, if and when a problem arises they are very responsive in providing an excellent solution. We encountered a problem with our safe that was of our making. They did summersaults to resolve our issue and allowed our tour to proceed as planned. Thank you to the entire team.

Desk staff spontaneously offered to keep my coat and things for the rest of the day after I checked out. Appreciated esp. because it was unusually hot! A very fine standard there.

Everything in this hotel was up to a high standard. The interior design is very beautiful in a classical way, the common areas with many mirrors, carpets and historical vibes is a true eye candy.

The breakfast was very tasteful, fresh, and plentiful. The location was perfect - in the heart of the city with all the main attractions close by. The hotel was magnificent and very clean. The personnel was always very helpful and kind.
Everything was beautiful and comfortable. No complains. Thank you very much for all the kindness and service. Keep up the good work. All our questions were answered and help and directions were provided.

Wonderful
Traditional charm. Felt luxurious. We booked an apartment and had loads of space. Bathroom was luxurious and spacious. Quiet location but an easy walking distance to the square.
We booked breakfast just one morning whilst there but didn’t really enjoy it. Service was slow. It lacked variety.

Wonderful
The Location is perfect. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. The rooms were very comfortable and large. Water with the room each day, as well as coffee.
The breakfast staff were aloof. We had to ask for coffee and to place an order. The food was done in a French fashion, very unusual and somewhat "foo-foo". I would have preferred something more simple.
