Very close to the city center perfect location great staff
No air conditioning, even though it claims to have air conditioning. Needed to sleep with the windows open, and even then it was devastatingly hot.

Great location, within 200 meters of the main square. Tasteful/ interior design, mix of modern with classic. Great staff, also very helpful booking tickets/ restaurants/ valet parking etc. we had a very nice spacious room with balcony. I would change the carpet, to make it more hygienic.
Bar in a corner that doesn't invite to sit down. Not alive. To good Terras to sit outside. But within 100 meters you'll find.... and ofcourse the best is to walk to the main square

We loved the location and the decore, the restaurants cuisine was amazing as it was French, staff were super friendly and willing to help with anything we inquired about.
My wife didn't like the pillows, they weren't very comfortable pillows, sounds trivial but a good night's sleep is important when your exploring a medieval cities in 31° for 4-5days

We were given a room upgrade to something more akin to an apartment. Soooo spacious and very very comfortable. Beautiful ambience in the hotel and the staff were exceptionally helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was totally amazing. Make sure you give it a go if you are staying here. The whole place is perfectly lovely. It is only a short walk through the park to an underground thoroughfare that means you can avoid busy roads. From there you enter a large modern mall attached to the main train station Krakow Glowny so it is extremely convenient. The hotel is behind the city walls in the old town itself. Good lift so no need to climb stairs (but they are so beautiful you'll probably give it a go anyway at least once). There is a gorgeous bar too if you like that kind of thing - we tend not to drink so we were happy it was tucked away. I did peek in once to check it out - it has all the old world cool character vibes you'd expect in a classy establishment like this.
The only issues we had were a door that we couldn't figure out how to lock and the pillows were too flat. Both rectified immediately when staff were asked about it. You would have a hard time finding anything not to like in this gem of a place. We could have happily stayed for a week.

Staff really helpful and friendly. Gave us an upgrade to a suit as it was a special occasion and were always on hand. Great experience.

Breakfast was amazing. They gave you an option of making a hot freshly made breakfast in addition to the buffet.
The fitness area is a very small room with limited equipment. It was fine but I wouldn’t say it was a great space for exercise.
