The hotel is calm and charming. Surrounded by greenery. Inner courtyard with terraces is a unique feature. The location is great. The staff is very friendly and kind.

Unfortunately the room was pretty small and well bellow average. It was nothing like the Fotos and the mattress was awful. The smell from the restaurant bellow was too strong and there were not hot water at night. overall a mediocre experience for the money I've spend. Not at all value for money.

Great rooms with space, Good price and location 10 walk from the old town. Restaurant attached for breakfast or dinner. Definitely recommend. Also has paid parking so easy. Would use again.

+ The staff was very polite and helpful. The atmosphere of the hotel is really nice – it’s very cozy and feels like home. The breakfasts were good and had plenty of variety. The location is perfect, very close to the city center, supermarkets, and cafés.
- I booked two rooms: one for my parents and one for myself. The room I was given (room number 12) was in a different part of the building, a bit isolated from the other rooms.
This room was a bit older than the others and didn’t have air conditioning. The safe didn’t work – it was making a strange noise, so the administrator removed the battery, but they never replaced it, so I couldn’t use it. The advantage, however, was that this room was very quiet, and there were no disturbances from outside noises. It wasn’t a big issue, but I wish I had been informed in advance that my room would be in a different part of the hotel because I wanted to stay close to my parents.
My parents had a standard room, and they loved it. As I mentioned, the hotel is perfect for a family stay because it really feels like home.
The biggest downside is the noise from outside – it’s very, very loud. Every time a train or car passes by, you can hear it clearly. So, this might not be the best choice for people with babies or light sleepers.
One more important detail – the pillows. They are extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place for tall people, those with long necks, or anyone with back pain issues.
Despite these drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay and had a very pleasant impression of the hotel. I hope they take note of these issues and improve them in the future.
