Situated in a lovely square with a few restaurants and bars. 20 minutes into main square. Comfortable beds. Can’t comment on breakfast as the hotel’s room was being refurbished. Great reception staff especially the guy who works at the weekend/Monday… kind and thoughtful

Location
The location was great and everything was very nearby, which I really appreciated. However, the hotel was extremely overpriced for the quality of the rooms. The beds were very small, and the shower had an issue where water leaked onto the bathroom floor every time it was used.
The staff also seemed quite uninterested. The only person who appeared genuinely helpful and willing to answer questions was the man working there on my last day.
Another odd detail was the water bottles they provide — they give bottles but don’t open them for you, which I found unusual. Also, unlike most hotels I’ve stayed in, this one did not provide small bottles of shampoo and conditioner.
Overall, the location is the main advantage, but considering the price, the experience didn’t meet my expectations

Great location very picturesque and 24hour parking near by. Loads of restaurants with 5 minute walk. 15 minute walk to Old Town (20 with children).

Rooms are nice and very clean. But, this is not a four star hotel. In particular, the breakfast buffet was very limited, barely a three star hotel. Note that the last floor has no elevator access. Staff was very helpful.

The location of this property is excellent. The surrounding square has multiple restaurants and the best sushi bar. It’s easy to get into the main town and easy to find.
The breakfast was good, beds super comfy.
It would have been nice to know in advance that we were being charged for water and mini bar.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, you couldnt ask for nicer, great location, lots to see and do. Felt very safe in the city, plenty of shops and restaurants. I would go back again to Poland and stay in the Esther Hotel.

The hotel is located in the attractive Jewish quarter, but a 20 minute walk or short tram ride from the centre. Locally, there were good restaurants some with rooftop bars, and traditional live Klezmer music can frequently be found. The breakfast was very good.
The lift didn’t go up to my floor (4th) which may be an issue for some in terms of accessibility. The tv didn’t have any English speaking channels to access, (but this wasn’t an issue for me). The furniture is a little tired, but perhaps this adds some homely charm to the place.

Best choice in Kazimierz- excellent location, delicious breakfast and kind staff. Very calm and close for every attractions.
