Nice and clean hotel and excellent location.
Comfortable bed. Kettle and coffee and tea was in the room.
Breakfast excellent and tasty.
Receptionist teams were friendly and helpful.
Maybe more English TV channels would be great. I found only one English language channel.

Breakfast was outstanding and the location remarkable. The building history is amazing and the staff are extremely helpful. The Jewish quarter is an area of Krakow that should be seen in your travels.
Happy throughout, the building is a time captule gem.

Cozy quiet small place in center of Jewish Quarter in old historic building. Staff helpful and pleasant. Breakfast adequate. Good value, very convenient location as tourist. Would stay here again on return.

The location, the breakfast and the apartment where we finally stayed were really good
If you are claustrophobic do not book a room on the third floor. The windows are on the roof and i felt like i couldn't breathe. Thank God we exchanged rooms with our friends, because the staff was not willing to give us another room. Also, there were no photos of the room when I booked it, otherwise I would have done something in advance.
