The staff was simply amazing! So kind and nice, with great English and friendly. The breakfast was one of the best we ever had! A lot of variety, fresh and healthy. However no vegan options (aside from veggies or fruits) and no alternative milk. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Great showers
The walls are very thin. This didnt bother us that much given its a small hotel and there wasnt mych noise. Any noise however couldve been heard from our room. What truly bothered us and kept us up were the sheets. They seemed to be polyester. We woke up in the middle night sweaty and were unrested for the trip.

Staff is excellent and helped us book tours for hard to get to tickets to places. Public transportation is easily accessible. Nice and quiet hotel.
Internet. We should be able to have great Internet. I had a virtual meeting scheduled and expected that a logon would be easy, but it was not. I had to go into the hallway and disturbed another guest. Fortunately, the meeting was mid-morning, so no one was asleep.

The area was really calm and quiet, amazing park in front, it was very clean and the atmosphere was really great. The breakfast was amazing!

The staff was nice very friendly and helpful
The hotel is acceptable, but it certainly does not deserve five-stars. The property feels outdated and is in need of significant renovation. The location is also inconvenient, as you need to take a taxi to reach the city. That might have been acceptable if the hotel itself were exceptional, but unfortunately, it wasn’t. We chose this hotel expecting that staying outside the city would be worthwhile for a high-end experience, but in reality, it offered no advantage over a typical three- or four-star hotel—especially considering those would provide a much better location.

Comfortable, clean Rooms, big bathroom, beautiful interior, friendly and helpful staff. good breakfast options.
The tram to the city center is a few minutes away, so prepare to walk a bit, if you're not coming by car. But if you've researched before booking, you know that.

We had a pleasant stay, the Hotel is in a quiet area.not super far from the city centre.
Room was tidy and beds were very comfortable.
The breakfast was great, coffee and scrambled eggs were just perfect.
Staff is very kind and helpful.
The size of room was reasonable with very great bathroom with a nice shower.
