Very Good
Everything was great, amazing, fantastic – the hotel really makes a strong impression. Service, cleanliness, comfort – all top-notch. But…
the breakfasts were a complete disappointment. For a five-star hotel, we expected something entirely different – the breakfast service doesn't even compare to what you get in three-star hotels in Poland. Honestly, we're speechless. It’s a shame for such a high-standard hotel.

Although the room was small, it was clean and adequate for our needs.
We knew the location would be a bit far from the Old Town but expected public transportation would be a bit easier. We ended up using Bolt taxi service which was fine. The coffee available at breakfast was terrible. Breakfast was mediocre (the fruit was sparse and didn't seem very fresh). There is no public space in the hotel in which to sit and read or write (other than the garden space but the weather didn't always allow for that). One occasionally wants to be out of the room but still at the hotel.

The room was spotlessly clean, and this was maintained by the cleaner during my 3 night stay.
Clean towels if requested every day.
Tram stop close by.
Reception happy to store luggage on check out day.
The hotel is too far from Krakow centre. If you are pretty fit then you can walk in about 40 minutes, but after a day seeing the sites you may prefer to get a taxi. Taxis are very cheap so that isn’t too much of an issue. About 9-13 zloty.
Nothing to do around where this hotel is, so if you want to go out at night for food and drinks you will need to get a taxi or navigate the trams.
At no point was breakfast explained to me, and it wasn’t mentioned in the room guide, so I simply went into Krakow and sorted it myself there.
Room was cold even when thermostat was turned up and only a thin duvet.
No safety deposit box in the single room I had. Guide said reception could store valuable items, but I prefer to take charge of my own important documents etc when away.
No bar area to sit and have a drink, just a restaurant, therefore felt quite unsociable.
It shouldn’t have a 5* rating - it’s misleading. This hotel is not comparable with other 5* properties.
It’s quite dated in its decor.

The hotel is quite beautiful and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We are vegans and they did their best to meet our needs with the breakfast.

Lovely hotel. Reception staff where really friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Would have benefited from having a smart tv in the room to allow for Netflix and amazon prime ect as tv only had freeview in Polish and you couldn't cast onto it from a smartphone. I wasn't to keen on the food in the evening the one time we ate in and the breakfast was OK. Overall though I really enjoyed my stay, very clean and tidy and it was about a 30-40 minute walk from the city centre which allowed us to have a decent walk into the city each day. The hotel where great in organising the pick up from the airport and gave the details to book our trip to auschwitz which was very well organised. Thank you for making our visit to krakow a memorable one.

Nice clean apartments, with all the facilities needed by me, my wife and my child. Internet is fast (and free). Breakfast is good (not fancy but decent, anyone can peek something per his/her needs) and the restaurant is great, both traditional polish and western dishes are worth to try (I've settled for tasty burger this time, my wife going for polish soup). Overall, it's worth the money. Enjoyed my stay.
