The room was very clean and made well each day. At night there weren't any noises like in other hotels I stayed at. The bathroom and shower worked perfectly and had a lot of hot water each time I showered. The location was good - near to the old city. The breakfast was very nice. The staff was very polite and welcoming.
I was expecting for a cappuccino machine for breakfast, but it's a minor issue and doesn't cause the hotel to be less attractive..

The hotel has a lovely Old World style . The rooms are cozy and the bed was so comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. The staff was very niceespecially David (I hope that I remember his name correctly) who greeted me when I arrived . I will definitely return!

Great location, breakfast was sufficient, and room size was bigger than expected. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Room is a bit outdated, and had to ask staff to kill a huge spider in the room. No English television channels.

Good location, comfortable bed, standard breakfast
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. If your room is located on street side it will be very noisy even at night.

The hotel is in a very central location. It is a ten minute walk from many sightseeing places and walking distance to the hairdresser.
It is 3 stops away from the Galeria Krakowska which is where the Central train station is located. It made ongoing travel easy.
The breakfast was included in the price and was exceptional.
