Nice big room with period furniture and clean soft carpet. Double glazing in PVC so no street noise but ability to open windows. Perfect! Comfortable beds, good choice of breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Public transport on the doorstep. Old town is a leisurely stroll 10-15 minutes.
I did miss a kettle in the room for a cup of tea or coffee.

Wonderful hotel. I have stayed here several times. The rooms are very spacious and quiet, good equipped with everything you need, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable.

Great location with a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station and 10 minutes to the old town and the Jewish quarter around the corner.
Rooms on the front of the hotel can be noisy from the main street and trams.

Clean and room cleaners did a wonderfuljob, lovely breakfast staff and good location
We asked for a kettle but didn't get it. Decor far too dark and dated.

Little has changed since I last stayed here in 2008, though the hotel is a little less "boutique" as it was back then.
Excellent location for visiting Kazimierz with all of it's restaurants and bars (and locations from Schindler's List) Tram stop and pick up point for tours only a minute away. Great breakfast and helpful staff. Good sized rooms (looking a bit dated now) but clean and very decent bathrooms.
