Really nice breakfast: good variety of food and drinks, everything is deliciously prepared. Comfortable room: lots of electrical outlets, free bottles of water.
The first room was smoky. Luckily, we were given another room, it was a little smaller, but much more comfortable.
The rooms are a little worn, but comfortable.
The mattress was a little saggy.

the breakfast was good, and it had warm water to take shower
we got 2 twin beds instead of a queen bed (as it was promised in the reservation) and the beds mattress was really uncomfortable
there was dust behind the AC and there was some little mold all around the shower tube

I had a fantastic experience! The service was wonderful, and the facilities were spotless. Every staff member was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also a big plus—just a short distance from the town center and easily accessible by public transportation or private ride services. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!
The shower head mount on the wall was not properly sized to fit the showerhead, so I had to hold the showerhead in my hand while showering. It would also be great to have a coffee/tea machine available 24/7 for added convenience.

The lady receptionist was very helpful. The hotel was nice and quiet.
I was unlucky to have no hot water when I had a shower at 0430 in the morning. Maybe I was too early for the water to warm up. It is Ukraine and there is a war on, so not a big deal. I was definitely awake for my road trip to Sumy :)
Trying to use Google maps to find the hotel was not good. The hotel is on a main road. If your navigation system tries taking you anywhere else it is wrong. The front of the hotel at night has a nice bright red sign.
