It was clean, there was an elevator, breakfast was plentiful with many choices of proteins and veggies
The towels were ragged and should be replaced, the parking lot was a mess with cycling teams all over checking and cleaning their equipment. It was hard to navigate between. There was a big group of junior high kids who were extremely noisy. I was placed in the same corridor and was the only adult who stayed in that wing. The chaperons showed up at 5:45 am to wake them up and were knocking loudly at the doors. They definitely woke me up. The receptionist who checked me in knew about it - she alluded to a “messy” situation but didn’t warn me or attempted to give me a different room (there were a few available). At the breakfast there was a group of German tourist who were ok and didn’t hear any loud knocking so I guess they were placed farther from the kids. I was a single female it seems that receptionist didn’t care. If you are looking for a quiet night, away from the center of Krakow - you’ll be disappointed.

Breakfast was quite nice - there were a lot of cottage cheeses and fresh rolls. We enjoyed the free parking lot. The staff was super nice and helpful. The room we were in had a spacious bathroom.
Take into account that there will probably be only one electric outlet in the room

i had absolutely idiotical neighbours: teenagers who dont care about the whole world and who didnt sleep at night and did let anyone sleep

Basically nothing. The SPA is nice but separate from the rest of the hotel and paid apart.
Everything was old, used and dirty. Pictures on the wall even were not hanging correctly. Broken window in one of the rooms, towels with holes (!!!), no curtains in some rooms. We had 2 rooms booked. Each of them was changed 2 times before we accepted the rooms. I feel embarrassed of bringing my family there. Never again!

The location is not central but very convenient with the Tram No. 8 that takes you to the city centre.
Magdalena was particularly nice and accommodate our needs. She made us feel very welcome.

The Spa is not huge and unfortunately is not included, you have to pay separately although the price is very fair.
