The carpet is stained, the shower fixtures have not been cleaned, the window blind is dirty, and the towels are washed out.

It is located very close to city centre. Breakfast is amazing and delicious. Staff is very nice. Parking very good.
It was all very great. Only one suggestion, a mini fridge would be great in the room, especially in summer time.

Location is quite good, takes around 10-15 min to get to the center of old city. Breakfast was brilliant. So rich with different food options, all fresh and tasty!! Parking available, although might be little tight to squeeze in a larger car.
Room was kind of oldish, asks for renovation. Can't blame much, everything was working and ok, just outdated.

Great location to explore Krakow city centre and also the outlying areas. Also 5 minutes from the train station to access the salt mines etc. We wouldn't hesitate to use again when visiting Poland again. Staff were very helpfull and the facilities were ideal for us.

We loved the rich variety at breakfast and the comfy beds. Also, the place was large, both the room and the bathroom, and the extra coffee and tea in the room was very convenient.
The room could have been a little warmer in January (to what we are used to). I wouldn't say it was cold, but you couldn't stay in shorts and T-shirts either. It's also a matter of preference. We can't really complain, it was a very nice stay.
