Great location to explore Krakow city centre and also the outlying areas. Also 5 minutes from the train station to access the salt mines etc. We wouldn't hesitate to use again when visiting Poland again. Staff were very helpfull and the facilities were ideal for us.

We loved the rich variety at breakfast and the comfy beds. Also, the place was large, both the room and the bathroom, and the extra coffee and tea in the room was very convenient.
The room could have been a little warmer in January (to what we are used to). I wouldn't say it was cold, but you couldn't stay in shorts and T-shirts either. It's also a matter of preference. We can't really complain, it was a very nice stay.

Location. Parking
Many reviews mentioning very clean and new rooms convinced me to choose this hotel, but my experience was completely different.
From the outside, the hotel looks very old and damaged. Inside, the reception area and the rest of the hotel looked nothing like the pictures. Everything appeared very worn out.
The room itself was spacious; however, it was dirty. The carpet was full of stains and there was a very bad smell. The mattress was extremely soft—this depends on personal preference, but I found it very uncomfortable. When we kindly informed the receptionist that the room was not what we expected and that it smelled strongly of cigarettes and mold, the only response we got was “okay,” which felt very unprofessional.
Lastly, breakfast was served on the ground floor in a windowless room, creating a sad and unpleasant atmosphere. The food and drinks were of poor, cheap quality.
For this price range, I believe you can find hotels with much better quality and service.

The breakfast was excellent and varied, exceeding expectations. Very tasty. Better than in some 5-star hotels. Very good location. A short walk to the central square of the old town. Very good hotel. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. The shower worked well and was very enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.
Hotel restaurant was closed for the dinner during our stay in January 2026.

Easy check in, helpful staff, free parking, the breakfast was rich and home- like. The location was good- close to the center, but quiet.
The shower was badly constructed and flooded the whole bathroom. The tv had 2 channels.
