Excellent location. Close enough to old town without the noise of it. Staff were friendly, especially the staff in the breakfast area. All very cheerful, happy and helpful. Breakfast was really good as well.

Very well located, the centre of the town is just a few minutes of walking away. The apartment is modern, with a balcony, with all the basic equipment. It is in a modern building with a parking place in a garage. Even though it is small, it is enough for 3 people, we stayed there at night only.

Hotel Batory is a sweet little hotel with a very good breakfast, nice staff and a good location. It's about 10 minutes walk from the centre. Our room was nice, spacious for 3 people and with a nice bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The windows shut out any noise outside but overall it was quiet. The breakfast is exceptional. There was a kettle in the room with some coffee sachets and bottles of water on the house. I asked for extra pillows and they were in the room when we came back. I would highly recommend this hotel.
The only thing I did not like was the airconditioner. I'm not even sure it was an airconditioner. The temperature was not very hot when we were there but if it were, it would have been a bit of a problem because this thing which looked like an air conditioner made a lot of noise. It threw a bit of cool air but otherwise I had to switch it off because of the continuous noise that it was making.

Excellent location, next to Grzegorzki train station which is very convenient for airport transfers. Also just a 10 min walk to the old city and Krakow main square Rynek Glowny. Comfortable and clean room, it is a perfect choice for a budget holidays in Krakow.
Standard breakfast, every day same options it needs more variety. Mattress too soft for my standards.

The location was close to the city Square. The kitchen staff were amazing, breakfast was very good.
The Hotel was rated 3 stars. The AC was not functioning very well. The value for the money was not great.

The hotel was in a close location to old town. The car park is free so we really appreciate it.
The size of the room was a bit small for three people to move in. It is necessary to pay more attention to cleanliness in the bathroom.

A very quiet hotel, clean, confortable, in walking distance from main city attractions. Good breakfast also. Double room very spacious, same for the bathroom. Generally i would give a 10 for such a hotel but considering the (only) 2 minuses below and the fact that at around 150 eur per night is not quite cheap, i would say a 9 is more appropriate. But we had a great time and during the night proper silence and darkness, very important for rest to us.
Parking only if free spaces were available. The downside is that for many days a bus was parked taking up 6 car spaces and that was not cool at all, and hotel staff didn't helped at all. Reminded me of romanian way of doing things, with schemes and stuff. Those were car parking places, not bus... Luckily there is a payed parking across the street. 8 zl/hr. Also, in the last day of stay we were out of shower gel and liquid soap, seems cleaning team doesn't always check the bottles with soap and gel.
