.Location is very convenient, with the main square just 10-15 min walk maximum.
Breakfast was ok. Nothing special but plentiful. The room was very basic and nothing like the photos. It was clean but sparsely decorated and public areas looked a bit shabby. The shower was rubbish, and there was no remote for the air con so we had to have the window open. No toiletries provided so make sure to take your own. Quite expensive for the rooms on offer.

Lovely hotel, ideally situated between the old town and the Jewish quarter. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing and always available. Thanks to each and everyone at hotel Batory!

The hotel was in a close location to old town. The car park is free so we really appreciate it. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and the live piano was accompanying really made us happy and pleased. The only problem was the size of the room was a bit small for two people to move in. You can do it no problem but we just wished for a bigger one. And the pillow was soooo soft. May be there can be an extra choice for guests. I can say the staff was helpful. Thank you

Comfortable, clean, and staff were very accommodating and welcoming. There was no bar? Therefore, we had to go into the old town of Krakow for evening entertainment.

Very nice personal, parking was good as well, the room was clear and very nice. Breakfest was great. The hotel is near old city centee so it was few minutes walking.

I didn't receive a breakfast box when I asked one of the mornings bcus it was too early. I asked in a day in advance.
Sound isolation is not too good. Sometimes, I could hear from next room...
