Great location, and good value for money. Breakfast was plentiful and didn’t hurry you. Easy access to old town. Staff friendly. Luggage storage available
We booked a twin and the beds were absolutely tiny in width. If you are bigger than average size, would definitely be too small. They don’t replenish the tea and coffee, but happy to give refills at the restaurant.

Perfectly placed just off of the old town square. Staff are very welcoming and helped with any queries. Would highly recommend staying here if you would like a short stay in Krakow

Spare bed in our room was not made up on arrival and we only had 2 towels between 3 of us. 1 tea bag for 4 nights between 3 people. Big stains on carpet and side of bed need addressing. Breakfast good choices weren't good
