We asked for a birthday package for my dads birthday and the hotel went above and beyond. We were blown away with the effort.
Breakfast was delicious and hotel staff were very friendly.
Absolutely nothing.

The property was located aprox. 10minutes walk from the main station of krakow and 10-15minute walk to the old town.
Breakfast was really nice, except from the bread which was really staled.
The hotel room was nothing like the pictures. The bed sheets had hair on them, same with the bath floor!
I went to inform the reception and they supported that the hotel has some renovated rooms and some that are not renovated and that my booking was for one of the non-renovated ones.
Interestingly, no mentions in booking are made, separating the renovated from non-renovated rooms!
They offered to change the room since i had issues with the cleaningness and gave me another one. Thankfully no hair were on the bed sheets BUT the bathroom was still unclean!
The room was extremely noisy both from the bar/restaurant that was located to the floor below. I was waken early in the morning by the sounds and the music from the restaurant! Also the hotel is not sound proofed at all!!! You can hear everything from rooms above. And last but not least, no adequate physical light in the room
With this amount of money you can book somewhere much better in the same area.

Location is great.
6 minutes to the mall and to market and ancient city.
The stuff in hotel were very kindly and helpful.
The breakfest was very good and there is a excellent restaurant in the hotel.
As a family the room was big with kitchen.
