Location is perfect. Room is good enough for one night stay. Breakfast is mediocre. Staff at the reception on the night we checked in was very helpful.
we were late for Breakfast as we got stuck in traffic after our visit to the church in the morning due to rains. we requested the reception to inform the restaurant. This information was not properly communicated.
Toilet Bowl needs to be replaced.

- to start the location in the old down
- at the reception desk every staff is always smiling , greeting at any given time of the day .
- if u need something in ur room , towel or even a glass it’s right there within 05 mins.
- they have a coffee maker , fridge .
- the interiors of the room is fantastic , space very well used .
- breakfast was also nice , good choices .
- we loved everything about this hotel .
- nothing they are fantastic in whatever they do.

The staff was exceptional, especially Paulina. It was not even 9 am when I arrived at the hotel, hoping to leave my suitcase until the check-in time, and 40 minutes later I was already in my room (and I got a free upgrade!). The breakfast was very nice, very good selection. And the location is just perfect - literally less than a 5-minute walk to the old town.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy, 10 minute walk to the old town. Breakfast was very good and always presented to the highest standard . Restaurant was also very good, for an evening meal.

Excellent location just blocks from the old town and walking distance from the main train station; good size, comfortable room; nice restaurant and bar onsite; extremely helpful staff.
I wouldn't have minded a room on a higher floor, considering we'd had our reservation for a year, but we don't really have any substantive complaints.

We had a truly enjoyable experience and were thoroughly impressed by the high level of organization, the excellent service, and the overall quality of the facilities. The reception staff stood out in particular — everyone was incredibly polite, helpful, and always ready to assist us with a smile and great professionalism.
Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It was maintained daily with great attention to detail, which we truly appreciated. The shared areas of the hotel were also very well-kept and welcoming.
We were especially impressed by how smoothly everything was managed — from check-in and check-out.
It is rare to encounter such a well-run hotel with such a friendly and dedicated team. Thank you once again for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. We will certainly recommend your hotel to friends and family, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Wonderful
Everything was perfect except for two things (see below). The room size, bathrooms, cleanliness, check-in process, and breakfast experience was fantastic. Rooms were nice and cool and cleaned regularly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and healthy options. The distance one short block away from old town was also perfect!
2 things that made it impossible to sleep in - the cleaning staff talking constantly and loudly outside my doors early in the morning, and skylights that were not able to be covered by curtains that shown into the room
