Rooms were lovely and clean, we had a three person room and it was cleaned every day. We had plenty of space for 3 of us. The fridge didnt work but that didnt impact our stay.
We couldnt park at the hotel but alternative parking was offered a very short walk away
Breakfast was typical continental with a great choice and was always refilled when needed.
Parking charges could have been clearer.

The localization was exceptional! Most of the places we wanted to visit could be reached on foot even with kids!

Property was clean and appeared to be well maintained. In a super location, quiet area within a few minutes walk of the old town square. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is very good value and possibly a bit better than the official, 3 star, rating. The breakfast is excellent, also.
It was a bit chilly inside, even though the radiator was on. The air condition unit is not equipped with heating module, so you cannot help yourself with it.

The hotel was excellent. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great for exploring Kraków. Everything about the stay was smooth and enjoyable.
