Clean room, amazing bed and sheets
The WiFi in the room in non existent. Very vague signal. For those who need to use the room as an office. Don’t count on the Wi-Fi.

Good location right in Kazimierz. Check in was smooth
Bizarre furnishings. Wifi barely worked for me, was too slow for my partner to load anything. There was an unplugged floor lamp that didnt have an outlet anywhere near it. The air conditioning didn't work and the rooms were very stuffy. Rooms locked from the inside only with a physical key, making a big fire risk if you were to misplace your keys in the room.

Excellent location! You are in the heart of Kazimierz and surrounded by delicious restaurants and food stalls. The check in process is self serve and uncomplicated. The two rooms were pretty spacious and it was nice to have two actual beds instead of a sofa bed like most comparable listings.
The facilities are outdated and need better maintenance. The sink wouldn’t drain properly and gunk from the drain would float up in the pool of water. The shower head would slide back down and kept sliding towards the wall. A TV is advertised but it doesn’t get any channels and the wifi was extremely slow. There is no designated parking so you have to park on the street (if available) and pay at the meter.

Great location, right in the city center, the transport connection is perfect, and everywhere in the centre you can walk on foot.
The hotel is quite neat. The furniture is not the most up to date, but everything clean and it was not a problem.
Clear and easy check-in and check-out system. For me. As I met some elderly couple on one of the days, who were not able to enter. They weren’t even aware that they have got a message with all the information. So, for older or less “technologically advanced” people it can be confusing.
Delicious breakfasts. I really recommend book breakfasts too.
The street is quite noisy in the evening and the quite loud music was heard till late. Ear plugs help to solve this problem, though.
Also, when the window is open, the exhaust air from the restaurant gets inside.

Ease of login process, location, and size of rooms. We booked a second room to have some family visit.

The hotel rooms are small, old, dark and cold (the electric heating device is not efficient at all).
We ordered family room with 2 double beds, we expected spacious room, but it was so small.
Furniture, carpets and curtains are shabby and dirty.
The hotel has no reception and most importantly - it has no luggage storage.
Breakfast is continental, unfortunately it has no buffet breakfast.
I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The room was warm, and the pillows were decent. They had nice peppermint tea.
We never saw one staff member aside from restaurant staff. It is pretty much self serve. The carpets were quite dirty and the bathroom sink was not cleaned well. Toiletries were very basic, small bar of soap, small pkg of shampoo. Breakfast was supposed to be a buffet instead we had to order one item off the menu and one drink. The food was tasty ,but I think they should offer both a hot and cold beverage since we were not getting the promised buffet which we paid extra for. She did bring me toast with my omelette even though it is not normally served with the item.

The room was carpeted and upgraded in the old Jewish quarters. The location was good and had a lot of history. Only a short walk to the town center and the castle.
The beds were hard, pillows were extremely soft, a water leak in the middle of the night, yellow water from the tap, and it was undrinkable.

It's hard to beat the location of this hotel, right in the center of Kazimierz, with easy access to major tram and bus lines (including direct trams from the main train station) and walking distance to all major sites. The room was spacious, with the windows overlooking the bustling Józefa Street. The hotel was clean and quiet. I appreciated the water station on my floor. It didn't register in my head until I got there that the hotel doesn't have reception staff and there's no luggage storage, so something to be mindful of. It wasn't super smooth to get the key from the locker, but luckily there's someone on call to assist. Overall, I had a positive experience and would stay here again.
The hotel staff could look into a funny smell in the bathroom, probably coming from the sewer. So, it was necessary to keep the door closed. Other than that, everything was fine.

The hotel is in the old Jewish area. You walk out the door and you have so many choices for eating. ATM outside. Cute little local stores. Heaps of history. Rooms are a little tired but have everything you need. Clean bathroom. Kettle. Secure.
No one in reception. You have to message the hotel with queries or requests. They are prompt but nothing beats talking to a knowledgeable person. It's loud at night in the neighborhood and especially at weekend because there are so many eateries and bars.
