Breakfast was fine
We booked this hotel because of its private garden and quiet restaurant and bar. Unfortunately, the restaurant, bar and garden were suddenly closed for a private wedding party without notifying us in advance. The private party was extremely noisy (electronic saxophone e.g.) so we had to ask the staff for a solution since there were no other restaurants or bars in the proximity. It took them ages to suggest they wanted to give us e free bottle of prosecco in exchange for the no food/garden/bar situation. That was clearly not sufficient so we decided to pack our belogings, leave the place and book another hotel. The staff of Apis hotel promised they would refund the the nights we had paid in advance. So far no refund on my creditcard but we'll wait and see what happens. By the way: found a reallly great hotel in Dwor Kosciuszko hotel: the most friendly staff, great food and fantastic wine!

The room is not split into rooms, it is an open space. There is a construction in the street

the shower cabin lets the water out after shower every bathroom was soaking. Hotel looks better in the photos I think it needs renovation at least bathroom

Nice personal, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast, free parking.
Kind of small rooms, pricy, no outlets near the bed. When we stayed here, there was road construction going on, so it was a bit difficult to get to the hotel.

The restaurant was nice, breakfast was great as well. Receptionists speaking English very good.
First of all, we booked the hotel for one night because of the location & parking available. Turned out the whole street is under construction which meant a constant traffic jam from 9am to 8pm. Getting out or in by car was a challenge, as well for taxi to find a spot to pick us up/drop off. More of it, the taxi driver said this street is under construction for several years already, so no high hopes for it to end soon. Second, we decided to extend our stay because the hotel seemed quiet and we didn't want to move again while staying in Krakow. Little did we know (and weren't warned in any way) that on our last night the restaurant was rented out for a wedding. Which meant very loud music until 2 or 3am (we've lost track of time between passing out and being awaken by the noise). The restaurant is on the first floor, our room was on the 3rd, can't imagine it for the people on the 2nd. Our window faced the restaurant backyard, which also meant smoking right under the window. At first we've patiently waited until 11pm in hopes that Poland has the same law about noise as our country. Turned out, in Poland you need to stop being loud even earlier, at 10pm! Which wasn't the case here. We've called the reception but the only thing poor lady could do was apologizing and trying to ask the restaurant to turn the music down. Which usually worked for a short period of time and then they've blasted it againg with the same passion. I felt sorry for the receptionist who probably received a lot of negativity that night, but I'm sure it wasn't her brilliant idea to rent the hotel restaurant out for a loud event. We were even considering arguing some of our money back because we've paid for a peaceful stay and instead got a very little sleep before a long ride home. Worst hotel we've ever stayed at, and we've stayed in much cheper ones. By the way, rooms don't look like it would be a 4-star hotel, 3-stars at best.

the fact that the kitchen in the restaurant did not work at 21-07 although the website says that the kitchen takes orders until 21-30
