From start to finish our stay was really good, the check in was smooth excellent reception staff, friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless nothing is too much trouble, large room very convenient to the centre 5 mins walk. The breakfast was excellent good choice always being replenished. 5 stars

This hotel was extremely clean, tidy and well decorated, we had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. The staff were all very attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel was great being only a few minutes walk from the main square. We would definitely book this hotel again if we return to Krakow.

Our stay at the Hotel Amber was exceptional. Extremely clean and well located for a short walk to the old town. However the hotel's greatest asset are the incredible staff who were so friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location, not far from main square but far enough to be v quiet at night. Really good selection at breakfast, cheese, meats, bread, salad, sausage, scrambled eggs, cereal, yogurts, fruit and more.
Unexpected gym and sauna, nice outside area, rooms nicely decorated and not your bland generic decor.

TV too small and no way to turn off voice over, wish taken fire stick or similar as only polish channels apart from news

Staff were lovely and very friendly. Our room was comfy and clean - really enjoyed the polish vodka tasting in the evenings. It was a lovely touch.

Hotel Amber is a hidden gem only a five minute walk from the main market square in Krakow. We stayed here for two nights in March and really enjoyed the experience. We were offered a room upgrade, the room was spacious and well appointed with a well equipped and modern en-suite. The entire room was exceptionally clean. The cleanliness trend continued to all areas of the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and well presented. Staff throughout the hotel were polite and helpful. If we visit this wonderful city again, we would not hesitate to stay at Hotel Amber. A great value option right in the heart of the city.
Hard to fault the hotel in any way. The standard was exceptionally well reflected in the price. Being in the heart of the city, there is an acceptable level of noise, such as emergency vehicles, however this is not a noisy spot. On a typical inner city street while not attractive, the hotel retains all the character of a tenement building so characteristic of the city.

We only stayed one night after a late landing, but the hotel was perfect for our needs. A good location; the rooms were good and we were able to store our bags safely until our evening bus after checkout. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
