Good location for exploring the old city. We had a room with a little balcony; not much of a view but still very pleasant. All the room facilities were very good, as was the breakfast. There is a little garden area but we didn’t really use that as we had the balcony.
It’s in a bit of a back street so there isn’t much view from the balcony.

Excellent hotel with a perfect location right in the heart of Kraków. Most attractions are within walking distance, as well as shops and a tram stop.
The rooms are great, the air conditioning works quietly, and there’s a lovely garden area where you can sit in the evening and enjoy the peace.
The staff are very pleasant, polite, and always happy to help.

We enjoyed this hotel very much. The room was spacious and located a 5 minute walk from the center. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent. We took a tour that we booked through the hotel website to the Salt Mines and Auschwitz and we were picked up in front of the hotel which was convenient.
They also had a vodka tasting nightly which was a nice touch. They also had plenty of games and puzzles that we utilized when it was raining heavily.
