The staff was very helpful and spoke English. Had breakfast, they called for our taxis, as well as help us translate with event coordinators. Also very clean.
Tv was way to small, and outdated.

The hotel is lovely, staff are very welcoming, breakfast was very good.
The garden was an added bonus, although they don't have a bar, they were happy for you to take your own wine, etc in to the garden, happy to supply corkscrew, glasses etc.
Don't miss the vodka tasting every night in reception!
That was nice!
Definitely recommend this hotel, just literally 10 mins round the corner from the Main Square, plenty restaurants & cafes on the way.

Lovely small hotel in an excellent location. Loved the quietness, especially at night.Spotlessly clean. All the staff we met were professional but very friendly and helpful.
Lovely size room for a city, and the bed was very comfortable.
Great value for money.
Good breakfast buffet.
Would definitely recommend staying here, we will be back!
Nothing not to like, although I would have liked to have toast for breakfast but that's a very minor point.

I arrived pretty early from Amsterdam and staff made sure my room was reeady for early check-in. This morning staff went out of their way to prepare breakfast box for me at 04:00 AM because I had to leave for tour to Auschwitz. Generous folks!

Disabled-friendly bathroom (metal rails next to toilet seat and under shower). Good in principle, a bit anticlimactic if you are not disabled.
