It was in excellent location, staff was welcoming g and friendly, very nice buffet breakfast, the hotel was clean and comfortable
The bedroom was dark without natural light but well lit with overhead lighting, exercise facilities were minimal

The property was very nice, it was central to everything, the staff were really friendly and gave great recommendations for dinner. The breakfast was also awesome and had a variety of options. I would stay again!
There was no plug for my straightener in the bathroom.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was super clean, well-organized, and felt very safe. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the whole place had a really cozy atmosphere. The backyard was absolutely lovely – such a charming spot to relax. A special shoutout to Emily at the reception! She was always so friendly, cheerful, and made us feel truly welcome.

Location, staff and breakfast were perfect. It was very clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the the architecture and how they kept the original wooden stairs and fireplaces on each level of the floor.

The staff are a credit to you…. Extremely pleasant and helpful.
Always wonderful to be greeted with a smile and a willingness to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Would recommend as a great central location.
The bedroom decor outdated and far too dark. Lighting poor.
Carpets definitely need replacement and too much dark wood…
Felt oppressive.
Air conditioning wasn’t great. A must for me as this always the first thing I make sure when I book anywhere.

The hotel staff are lovely. Very helpful and friendly.
I could not eat the breakfast as I am gluten intolerant; I am caffeine intolerant; I am lactose intolerant. I took my own breakfast and ate just scrambled egg.
Dull interior throughout hotel… dark brown wood and muted greens are very oppressive and depressing. Hotel looks like something from 1980’s. I could not sleep under the single duvet (what adults use single duvets on double beds?). No black-out blind in window so light pouring into room. Curtains did not fit across window. I booked also because there is a small gym and spa… but on arrival these were out of use. I was not prepared to walk to the other hotel to use the spa (a spa is for relaxing!).
