The location is ideal very close to the Old Town, in a very quiet street. The reception team was always with a smile and very accomodative to our needs. I trully suggest others to stay in this hotel.

Location, staff and breakfast were perfect. It was very clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the the architecture and how they kept the original wooden stairs and fireplaces on each level of the floor.

The hotel was in a good location just a short walk to the old town, the staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. The staff in the breakfast room were very hard working ensuring the food was replenished and fresh. There was a nice garden area with plenty of seating.

The location was very convenient - close to the Central Rail Station, shops, park, Old Town, Wawel Castle and museums. The street was quite, off the busy road. The room offered useful facilities - mini bar, coffee machine, electric kettle, iron, hairdryer. The receptionists were kind and helpful.
The room was small and not very clean but a bit dusty. The bed was too soft to be comfortable. On the second day of our stay the room was left with no service despite we hang the sign of "Ready for service" outside on the door handle. The breakfast offered quite limited options. The only hot option was scrambled eggs and frankfurters. There was no toaster to make a toast. In general, the hotel needs an improvement to correspond to a 4-star hotel.

The staff are a credit to you…. Extremely pleasant and helpful.
Always wonderful to be greeted with a smile and a willingness to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The bedroom decor outdated and far too dark. Lighting poor.
Carpets definitely need replacement and too much dark wood…
Felt oppressive.
Air conditioning wasn’t great. A must for me as this always the first thing I make sure when I book anywhere.
