Stuff friendly and helpful, breakfast very much ok, location nice, close to center...
Not even close to 4 star hotel! Hotel did not offering anything, just room to sleep and breakfast. No decent lobby, room need refurbishing, everything is on the room table - papers, tray, information, kettle, glasses... Simply, too expensive for that value.

Location of this hotel was very good for the old town of Krakow, a very short walk into the city and a few local shops on the doorstep aswell. We needed an elevator for my father to access higher level room which was all good. Breakfast was ok, probably what i expected for a mid range hotel, a few cereals and pastries and a little bit of hot food, not the highest quality but at the same time it was perfectly eadible. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathroom spacious and clean and bedroom size was good with comfortable beds.
Breakfast was ok, not spectacular but had about enough of what was available. No real view out of window and could do with blackout curtains in room as too much light coming into the room so early morning it was too bright.

The rooms were clean and functional. We had a nice balcony and a fridge.
Cleaning is only provided upon request- this is OK if you're wanting an entire room clean and change of linen, but you would expect toilet roll to be replaced and bins to be emptied at the bare minimum. As a 4* hotel I don't expect to be stocking up on toiletries and toilet roll from a basket by reception. Tea and coffee was never replenished and mugs were left dirty. The breakfast was free - but barely worth it. Nothing felt fresh or tempting. The sauna that was a real selling point to use was charged as additional - again, not what you'd expect from a 4* hotel.

I was happy staying at the hotel. the personnel was very helpful and very attentive to client's expectations. There were varieties to choice from for sandwiches but only one choice for warm b/fast- sausages and scrambled eggs nothing else for the 5 days I stayed _ so it would be nice to have a variety to choice from here too.

the location is very central, we had a dog and they were super welcoming, even put in the room plates for the dog. the sauna for a little extra was amazing. we will definitely come back.
