Fabulous location, beautiful property, very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Couldn’t fault the hotel or the staff and would definitely stay there again.
Rooms not made up unless you ask and we did t have a tag to hang on the door to ask! Did request for the towels to be changed after 2 days. Would have liked to have fresh mugs and more tea/coffee/ milk for the room. You could collect from reception but using the same mugs for 4 days was a bit much.

The staff were amazing, so engaging and friendly. Property was also great location. Just on edge of pedestrian zone and 10min anywhere. Excellent value

I had a wonderful stay at Amber Boutique Hotel. Everything was perfectly clean and comfortable. The location is in walking distance from the old town and at the same time it’s very quiet and calm. The staff is very helpful and friendly:) Definitely recommend it!

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The hotel welcomed us with a Christmas atmosphere, and the staff smiled. Everyone was extremely kind and responsive. The room was very comfortable. The snack was very good and gave us strength for the tour of the city. The hotel is located near the heart of the city.
The interior of the hotel is designed in Stanisław Wyspiański style. There was a leg album in the lobby and that impressed us and inspired us to visit his museum. If I visit Kraków again, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Totaly in the city center, the best location. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best what I ever got.
The noise protection is poor between the rooms.
