The hotel is located in the center of Krakow
I didn't have enough time to read all the reviews and see the photos from guests. The rooms looked good enough in the photos. But when my husband and daughter arrived at the place, the real condition was far from ideal - old, worn-out furniture and doors, the bathroom floor was poorly washed, the mattresses were too soft to rest comfortably. The reception refused to provide another room or refund the money, so I do not recommend this hotel for visiting!

The hotel was clean towels changed daily.
Breakfast was alright not alot of choice if you didn't like salad
The cleaners were cleaning at eight in the morning was knocking on our door before nine.
We booked a premium room with three single beds but when we arrived it had two single and a sofa bed!! The bathroom was smelly after the first day so I wouldn't recommend staying in room 406. The restaurant wasn't open at night plus there was no bar .

Rooms are comfortable, it is a good sign that some hot beverages are available in the room. Water is also available in the hallway. Breakfast was good, overall very well.

i didnt like anything
The breakfast had very little variety and was not replenished when the items for breakfast ran out. There was no hot water and the room was very cold. When I told the reception about this, they said we had the cheapest room and laughed.

Location perfect. 24 hour reception really helpful. Breakfast plentiful and lots of choice. Quiet area. Had luggage storage. Staff nice
The mattresses were very soft and springy. I have a bad back so asked to move rooms as I couldn't sleep and my back was sore the next day. Definitely need new mattresses Had no more rooms so we paid for another hotel nearby with better quality mattress. Was much better and same price but obviously out of pocket as only went here for our breakfast on second and third day

Great location, clean, comfortable, and quiet rooms, large and comfortable beds, and good breakfast (nothing special, but fresh and diverse enough)
The bathrooms are quite out of date; nevertheless, they are clean and adequate.

Breakfast: was generous, all kind of food and fruits and cheese, yogurt, more than enough.
What did we like: first of all, we were surprised that all the stuff in the room are like new and not so cheap, I mean, a little bit not an older room, good air in the bathroom, good shower, nice toilette, clean.
The beds have comfortable mattresses and nice sheets. Can make tea and coffee in the room.
The walls are covered in nice paper wall sticker.
We did not have shower gel, but it s not a tragedy

Uneven stairs level going to elevator specially if you have heavy luggage. No porter to help to raise it to few steps and down- not convenient
