Hotel 32 was beautifully presented and in such an ideal location! It was 20-25 minutes from the hotel and cost 130pln for a transfer (£25 approx.) The room was lovely, styled well, comfortable, everything was thought of - lighting, bedding, blinds, towels, ear plugs etc. We will make this our base when returning to Krakow and recommend it to family and friends.
Being incredibly picky, the only two things we can think of is having separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower as opposed to an all in one and softer toilet paper. Most hotels are now changing to an all in one though.

Fantastic location, very good and complete breakfast. The staff is very friendly. On top, even the restaurant offers very good Italian food for dinner.
The only point they could improve is for being clearer with the directions to the parking garage, which is about 300m from the hotel entrance (they could customize this for customers requesting parking).

Great location. Close to old town and wawel castle but far enough away so restaurants were reasonably priced. Nice staff. Room was bright and lovely.

The lighting options in the room allowed us to adjust to our own needs. Our room was always remade each day with clean towels. Our view of surroundings through the window was enjoyable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet next door was convenient and yummy.
A bit noisy outside our open window at night from people celebrating into late hours, but didn’t prevent us from getting a good nights sleep.

Everything was quite excellent, not much to complain about. Staff, cleanliness, style, location and proximity to the Old Town, restaurant adjacent to the hotel, everything was satisfactory.
