Everything was quite excellent, not much to complain about. Staff, cleanliness, style, location and proximity to the Old Town, restaurant adjacent to the hotel, everything was satisfactory.

The location was perfect for our trip. Most of the staff were very helpful and super friendly. We had a fantastic stay here and would say this is more like a 4 star than a 3.

The hotel is in a great location and only a short walk to the main square.
The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
The rooms had heating, air con, safe, wardrobe and good shower facilities. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel as we had a late flight which was a huge relief.
We will definitely return to Krakow and would book to stay at Hotel 32 again.

Had everything we needed, room was so spacious and location was excellent.
The pillows were far too soft, role with a sore neck every morning. We were at front of the hotels main entrance, near busy road so was a little noisy.

Breakfast was nicely presented good selection of food, staff were friendly Room was spotless.
The wi-fi fell off on the Wednesday evening and would not reconnect and was a bit weak on Friday morning.

I loved the church bells ringing (most of the time). I also loved hearing the birds chirping early in the morning. Great reminders of God's creation.
I couldn't tell which direction in the shower was hot or cold. Maybe the use of blue or red would help.

Everything was perfect. Great location, great vfm, great big room.
No parking, but we managed to find on-streat parking, which is free between 8pm and 10am.
